What is the NTRP rating system?

The NTRP rating system is only used in the United States. The USTA (along with the USPTA) created the National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) or more commonly NTRP ratings to place players into various skill levels. NTRP ratings range from the beginner 1.5 with .5 increments all the way up to 7.0 or world-class players. New players or anyone with an expired NTRP rating go through the self-rate process to determine their entry point.

What is the UTR rating system?

This is a new rating system. Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) is a global tennis player rating system intended to produce an objective, consistent, and accurate index of players' skill in the game of tennis. UTR rates all players on a single 16-point scale, between 1.00 and 16.50, without regard to age, gender, nationality, or locale of a given match.

What is the ITN rating system?

The International Tennis Number (ITN) is an international tennis rating system that gives tennis players a number that represents their general level of play. Players are rated from ITN 1 (ATP or WTA standard or equivalent) to 10 (starter players).

How do I temporarily disable my account?

If you temporarily disable your account, your profile will be hidden until you reactivate it again. To temporarily disable your account:

1. Log into your account.
2. Tap or click on your profile picture and select Account Settings.
3. Select Disable account and follow the instructions.

How to stop receiving tennis invitation messages from other players?

To reduce the number of player invites, remove your availability days by going to the Edit Profile page. To completely stop receiving new messages, you can disable your account.

How do I report a player?

If you've had a bad experience with another player, or if someone has been abusing the system by sending spam messages or other such cases, you can report them to us by:

1. Go to the player's profile page
2. Click on "Report this user"

What is Zippy Invite?

Zippy Invite is a shortcut for contacting other players. Instead of crafting new messages every time, you can simply select the select some of the day(s) the other player is available, hit the Zippy Invite button, and we'll take care of the rest.
